India’s leading OTT platform Zee5 has announced the second season of its crime action drama series Rangbaaz after the phenomenal success of the first two seasons. The third season is titled Rangbaaz: Dar Ki Rajneeti.
The first season of the premiere series was based on the true story of Mr. Prakash Shukla, a notorious gangster from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh and premiered on 22 December 2018.
The second season of the show titled Rangbaaz Firse premiered on 22 December 2019, a year after the release of the first season and was based on Amarpal Singh, a gangster from Rajasthan. Season 3 of the series also promises to be something new and more exciting.

The script of the third season is written by Siddharth Mishra, who has written the story of the last two seasons. It is produced under the banner of Jar Pictures.
‘Rangbaaz – Dar Ki Rajithani’ stars actor Vineet Kumar Singh as Haroon Shah Ali Baig in the lead role along with Akanksha Singh. Apart from the lead cast, the show stars Vijay Maurya, Rajesh Tailang, Prashant Narayan, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Ajay Rai, Navdeep, Sneha Khanwalkar and Mukesh Chhabra as supporting actors.
Rangbaaz Season 3 Plot
Season two was gangster drama themed so this season is also about gangster drama but in season 3 politics has been added. The season follows Vineet’s character, Haroon Shah Ali Baig (also known as Sahib), as he moves through the countryside. The community of Bihar will become one of the most influential force in the state.
As he gains power and wealth through his achievements, he uses his power and wealth to support people. Their image of a Robin Hood-type personality is strengthened, and they begin to feel recognized and validated. The rise and fall of Sahib marks his transition from underdeveloped ideology to strategy implementation.
